This is a website design for the Kidsgiving 2007 initiative by the Entercom Portland cluster. The site needed to be modular enough for use in future initiatives and light enough to develop with minimal time costs, all while still maintaining an easy to use and good looking interface. It seems to have been quite successful. There was also a handful of collateral promotion design that is not pictured. All work was done through Entercom Portland.

This is a email newsletter design that was created to promote the 94/7 audience to Entercom Portland clients and potential clients. It is part of a larger campaign that featured the unique intersection of 94/7 listeners in the Portland area. This email newsletter featured one listener and her lifestyle.

Designed for Al Flores’s book, “Metaphysics”, this sleeve’s intent is to visualize the content of contemporary metaphysical discussions touched on in the book. The organic nature of the pine needles represented this well, being very similar to the splitting and varying nature of contemporary metaphysics, all with a similar root or core.

Working closely with the band, Coto Normal, we completed full production on this video in just one week. Everything from concept to post-production was handled by me with critique guided by the main band-member and songwriter, Erik Matson. This stands out in my collection as a project with little guidance, but very good results.

I worked with the client to photograph thier various berries. Although the campaign was cut short, I do have a sample from the original shoot with the design layout all finished. These were designs intended for print in local papers and signage.

A small LA based band, Cotonormal, comissioned me to create this cover for thier single after wrapping the music video production for the same single. They loved this album cover and still use the imagery in their marketing today.

This is the flagship photo from a set of photos I shot and produced as part of Cotonormal’s larger marketing effort. They kicked off a sucessful first album, utilizing many of my photographs and designs.

This is a web design that I and one other designer worked on. While it is not a shining example of current web thematics, it is a wonderful example of sharp usability and imagery. The other designer on this project came up with the core structure while I filled out the more meaty parts of the design, as well as the adaptation of it into the CMS for Lenderhomepage.com. The client was very happy with the end result both for the higher level of design and the usability for the end-user and the content manager.

Harveys Boutique INC, is owned and ran by Dana and Melanie Harvey of Orange, Ca. I worked with Dana on numerous design projects, ranging from web to print to video. When they finally hired an art director for their brand, this was the result of his and my work. The art director provided strict guidance on this design, and I followed through with a fully-functioning site. It is a lightweight and user-friendly web site that allows the brand exposure as well as easy modification.
